JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing & Data Analyst


Where you fit


The main objective of the HR Function is to deliver value to Shell and its constituent Businesses and Functions by developing and executing people strategies in direct support of the Group Strategy.


What’s the role?


Your accountabilities are:


  • Working closely with marketing advisors and across key country corporate relations teams
  • Support the implementation of global and local CRM and digital media strategies across all businesses
  • Deliver business reporting requirements for digital marketing campaign performance and measurement.
  • Own data integration and end to end tracking from subscribed & owned platforms and analytics tools to produce business insights that inform strategic decision making
  • Deliver business reporting with respect to candidate experience across all the candidate touchpoints with the employer brand and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and technology adoption
  • Working closely with Brand and Communication team on delivering marketing content and publishing across digital touchpoints
  • The Digital Marketing and Data Analyst will drive the CRM, programme of data integration and KPI tracking, will play crucial role in developing paid media campaigns and delivering performance reports
  • Monitor and implement all legal and regulatory compliance and drive adoption of best practice digital in line with Shell standards.


What We Need From You


  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with 5+ years strong experience with Digital marketing, CRM and HTML.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in setting up and operating CRM, Html, preferably in Employer Branding.
  • Ability in working with multiple marketing tools (e.g., CRM Avature, Adobe Analytics, Excel) and a deep understanding of campaign performance measurement, technology, tracking and customer research.
  • Very good understanding of Excel.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Learner mindset & passion for new technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across function and with senior stakeholders to solve problems.
  • A customer-centric, data-led and externally focused mindset to continuously improve our brand position and the candidate experience across all touchpoints.
