Data Scientist

We are looking to hire Data Scientists for our Big Data and Analytics Services. Along with the required technical expertise, we have a strong bias for candidates with sound appreciation and acumen for business processes. Successful candidates should have strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities, personal impact and client handling skills.

Our data scientists enjoy a high level of responsibility and immediate client interactions under the guidance of senior team members. We help our clients to target, measure and improve mission-critical business metrics and generate demonstrable return on investment.

Responsibilities

Independently execute data science projects for our clients

Solve problems, disaggregate issues, develop hypotheses and develop actionable recommendations from data and analysis

Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data

Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms

Translate analyses to compelling presentations

Communicate and interact with clients at the executive level

Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

Required Experience

2 - 8 years of professional work experience in advanced analytics domain

Expertise in R, SQL and Python required. Good to have exposure to Spark and other Big Data Technologies

Exposure to analytics for business functions such as operations, supply chain, pricing, marketing, CRM is a plus

Familiarity with consulting firms preferred

Good written and oral communication skills in English language
