The job will entail collating and analysing departmental and company performance data to assist Senior Management in making tactical and strategic decisions

Job Requirements

Ensuring quality and integrity of data is maintained to highest standard
Support Head of Marketing by providing detailed analysis on customer file acquisition, retention and churn across all channels to help aid and support the marketing strategy
Work with Head of Marketing to provide detailed customer selections for DM activity, CRM campaigns, emails and research
Analysing database information, which includes: Producing reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. Statistical analysis for marketing, retail, buying and merchandising
Provide promotional/campaign analysis to gain full understanding on return on investment, highlighting recommendations for future campaigns.
Utilising database to improve targeting of campaigns/promotions to increase income and reduce costs
Contribution to the strategy of the marketing function utilising statistical information
Assist with budget planning by producing forecasts
Any other ad hoc duties, which may be required
Skills required:

Knowledge of SQL to write scripts

Good Microsoft Access / Excel, especially writing queries

Knowledge of relational databases

Pivots and look up tables to a high standard

Ability to translate and present data to a non-analytical audience
