Data Engineer

Greetings from SnapRecruit LLC. We do have urgent requirement for Data Engineer.

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join a growing trading team to build out a greenfield cloud-native data platform and work closely with Quantitative Researchers to implement data processes needed for research.

Whether you've previously worked in finance, or you're looking to make the transition from FAANG this could be a great opportunity.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years experience
• Highly proficient in Python and SQL
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and distributed systems
• Experience working with researchers to implement research ideas into a production environment
• Experience working on any of the following: ETL, data warehousing, containerization, or machine learning
• Prior experience with tools such as Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, or similar tools would all be an advantage
