Introduction
The Big Data engineer role is for a world leading telecommunications company providing vital assistance to the UK’s critical national infrastructure. As a Software Engineer you will working alongside the clients’ customers and partners on key customer projects. The projects cover a wide range of skills, technologies, and platforms. The role consists of software development, deployment, and support
The Big Data engineer role is a full-time onsite position with 1 day every 2 weeks at home and flexibility with starts and finishes. The client also provides industry leading training and opportunities to progress further into the business or move laterally into other areas.

Skills & experience
- Experience with Elastic stack (ELK stack)
- Experience using Ansible
- Has an engineering background
- Experience supporting infrastructure
Due to the nature of the of role you will be expected to obtain and maintain a DV clearance. If you don’t currently have one, please familiarise yourself with the vetting process before applying.
