Over the next three years, our goal is to transform the 268 billion analogue phone calls between a brand and it's consumers to digital on the LiveEngage platform. By doing this, we enable consumers to get back time and experience a more connected relationship with the brand in which sales, service, marketing, branches, stores, and contact centre's become a unified experience.
We are looking for a Data Engineer II to expand our Analytics Product Offerings, and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations for underlying infrastructure. This is a critical area of functionality that enables the world's largest brands to run contact center operations at scale, while focusing on quality. The role will source data from multiple locations, specifically LivePerson's Data APIs and Databases, and will transform data into scalable feeds that integrate into products and other downstream systems. The result is that brands will have the data and insights they need to drive messaging and automation at scale.
