Role And Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will be a key player in:
Conducting data analysis for an enterprise big data and analytics platform, utilizing cutting-edge technology to process real-time data at immense volumes and high velocity.
Facilitating data mining, analysis, and visualization to extract actionable insights.
In a Software Development Lifecycle
Collaborating in data architecture design and analyzing data outputs to ensure data quality and identify areas for enhancement.
Validating system integration and user acceptance testing results, ensuring adherence to acceptance criteria.
Providing invaluable support for production data validation and conducting thorough investigations.
In a Business Support Role
Swiftly addressing and investigating user inquiries, utilizing your analytical prowess.
Extracting and analyzing data to reveal meaningful business insights.
Creating impactful data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings to client management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in data and business analysis, preferably within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrable expertise in data analysis techniques.
Proficiency in SQL or other structured query languages.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with all levels of a team.
Strong teamwork orientation, with a knack for prioritization, multitasking, and efficient time management.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in Data Visualization, particularly with Qlik.
Familiarity with querying and exploring data within a NoSQL data platform (e.g., Hadoop/Hive).
Prior exposure to the postal or mailing industry.
