Summary Posted: Oct 11, 2021 Weekly Hours: 40 Role Number: 200297978 Home Office: Yes ML SEE Efficiency is a team responsible for the building and standardization of processes and tools across product teams with the aim of improving quality of development and evaluation processes in a complete manner. To drive the quality of the Siri user experience by ensuring our quality measurement of Siri product pre-release is predictive of user experience in production. As Siri evolves, testing methodologies and tools must respond to new complexities in order to provide consistent and reliable measurements. Siri product is delivered on all Apple platforms in 42 locales.

Optimizing test and evaluation workflows, and collaborating with partner teams and driving what matters will be essential to this role. Siri’s greatest asset and greatest challenge is its complexity. In this role, supporting Siri evolution starts with a deep understanding of how our tools and infrastructure work. Determining what our customers actually need and by when is key.

Key Qualifications 5+ years demonstrable experience of providing data analysis and insights for sophisticated, multi-functional programs from initiation to delivery in the software/technology field Solid experience in reporting at a leadership level with solid skills in 1-2 reporting tools (Tableau, Postgres, Superset, etc.) Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels Work well in multi-functional teams as a constructive and effective member Must be focused, self-motivated, and capable of working within a very multifaceted environment High learning agility, and ability to learn a new technology as needed, with a proven analytical ability and curiosity Able to provide opinions and has a strong opinion in executive level discussions Ideal candidate has experience with ML infrastructure and software development tools Ability to mobilize, encourage, and lead teams without direct management authority Ability to lead teams of both internal and external cross- functional partners Description Specific Responsibilities Include: Key driver in defining business data/important metric requirements & roadmap across multiple partner teams Work with multi-functional teams to align on data and process strategy for tools development and evaluation execution Metrics-driven decision support regarding priorities, risks and escalations Answer complex questions using data to clearly communicate findings to engineers, leadership and stakeholders Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience is required Additional Requirements
