For one of our top clients – a major international player in the consumer electronics sector – we are looking for a Junior Data Scientist.
You predict customer purchasing behaviour through propensity modelling (using a combination of CRM and marketing data).
You analyse customer data with the goal of improving the web shop’s product recommendation engine.
You conduct ad hoc data science/analysis to help the team in obtaining market and customer insights (including survival analysis) through ETL and data mining.
You communicate with various stakeholders (marketing team, other business units etc.).
Does this sound like you?
You have advanced knowledge on both Python and SQL for data science (processing, mining and modelling) and business insight generation (either through work experience or education).
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, the Google Marketing Platform, and the Adobe Marketing stack is considered as a big plus, as well as experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik).
You are fluent in English – both verbal and written. Knowledge of Dutch is considered a plus.
