You will be joining our Infrastructure Chief Administration Office / Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) - Change Team which is a global function which performs key project management roles for all Regulation, Compliance and AFC initiatives, and delivery of strategic regulatory projects globally. The team currently has a presence in London, and Frankfurt. You will report to 'List Management' program management and be responsible for conducting business analysis activities across the List Management program, including gathering and advancing requirements, preparing test approach, and supporting test cases, supporting execution testing, and supporting operational readiness activities.

Your key responsibilities
Responsible for working with Information Technology (IT) professionals to develop detailed business requirements documents that capture detailed change requests
Manage business requirement documents throughout the review and approval process, ensuring they are complete, accurate and meet user requirements
Support the List Management program by taking responsibility for specific project deliverables, providing regular management information while working individually or closely with the other business analysts / stakeholders on the project
Provide management information as required by program and project management
Develop other project-related scope documents, project/test plans and test cases and support with data analysis, cleansing and migration and work closely with IT and other colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation and procedures
Your skills and experience
Excellent analytical, workflow and data interpretation skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications, Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC), JIRA, JAMA, fundamental understanding of databases, for example ORACLE
Good knowledge of compliance, fighting financial crime or risk assessment in banking, preferably also knowledge of watch lists and watch list management
Highly motivated and able to work to schedule in an organised and structured working style and are used to working under pressure
Able to work as part of a small team using excellent verbal and written communication skills and handle confidential information with discretion
