Senior Data Analyst Remote £50,000 to £55,000 + 27 days holiday, PMI, Performance Related Bonus, 10% Car Allowance We currently have an exciting opening for a Senior Data Analyst to join leading company with ambitious growth plans. As a key member of the Data Team, you’ll work within Data Operations, as part of a small agile team focused on delivering data solutions across the business. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will help spearhead an upcoming data migration into an industry cutting-edge CRM system. Additionally, you will implement improvements to the current data modelling, validations, and automations. Accountabilities
- Analysing data from disparate systems and performing data quality assessments
- Wrangling complex data and creating data mappings and transformations.
- Develop and manage data migration and ETL processes into a CRM platform.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and challenges and advise on solutions.
- Develop robust and reusable queries and processes to deliver effective data flows across the organisation.
- Support the automation and validation of data processes within a CRM platform.
- Reviewing and improving data models.
- Leading ad hoc analysis and reporting. Experience Required
- Proven Senior Data Analyst experience gained within an agile environment.
- Expert Excel skills, and hands-on experience with CRM data.
- Strong ETL and data modelling skills.
- Highly experienced with data migrations and extracting data from disparate systems
- Experience of data quality and management processes.
- Hands on experience with complex data analysis and data visualisation.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders and translate their requirements into data solutions.
- Can communicate complex data issues with non-technical colleagues.to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and translate their requirements into data solutions
- A background in delivering data migrations, and previous experience working with third party data.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Alteryx, API development and Azure is desirable. Candidates must be based in the UK and hold a British/EU Passport or Indefinite Leave to Remain. Please apply now for more information
