Business Intelligence Data Analyst

As the Domain Owner, you are responsible for delivering the service(s) on time, within budget, and in line with the customer’s expectations. This role oversees the successful delivery of services across all service lines within the BI & Analytics Domain.

In This Role Your Main Accountabilities Will Be

• Operations / Services / Delivery: Responsible for the end-to-end effective and efficient delivery of all valuable services in the BI & Analytics domain to the customer and consumer as assigned and requested.
• Stakeholder Management: Leads the development of comprehensive stakeholder relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Services Delivered: Takes full accountability for each service architecture in the domain, ensuring compliance, standards, and governance are defined and adhered to.
• Continuous Improvement: Oversees and addresses operational domain risks and service-level related risks, working with the team to capture these risks and take corrective action.
• Financial Management: Oversees the definition of costs and schedules in the domain, providing full cost transparency, and collaborating with IS business customers and Service Owners.
  
  

Requirements

To make the above work, we are looking for a senior professional who is an excellent communicator with the ability to explain complex solutions. Other essential requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Business and Economics, Science of Statistics, Information Technology, or equivalent through experience.
• Experience leading large and complex cross-functional projects in a multinational context.
• Strong organizational planning skills. Strong teamwork and cooperation predisposition to develop and maintain good working relationships with business, functional, and technical teams.
• Hands-on approach, multitasking, and self-adjustment capability. Highly motivated, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere and Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, data lakes and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL and Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
• Understanding of business intelligence best practices, tools, and techniques.
