Our Systems, Reporting and Analysis, team manages all aspects of PwC’s Human Capital technology, inclusive of day to day support, implementation of new enhancements and applications, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. Role Description

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions and reporting strategies, analytic dashboards, maintenance and implementation

  • Serve as a People data steward to ensure timely and accurate People data and security, produce reports needed for decision making, and help manage and drive People system related projects

  • Develop standard ad-hoc HC reports for compliance requirements.

  • Assist functional HC leaders with data and reporting for periodic & annual processes as needed.

  • Develop and maintain the entire reporting process, implementing HC metrics & dashboards to automate reporting

  • Design and implement a control framework to maintain the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of HC data.

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to provide data metrics to allow insightful data-driven business decisions, and properly design new initiatives to support the growth of the organization.

  • Contribute towards improving existing people reporting and data management practises that will ensure efficient and coherent people reporting

  • Conduct data quality assessments in order to measure effectiveness of existing HC systems and processes

  • Assist with improving the overall health of people data by contributing towards data improvement/enablement initiatives

  • Act as a champion for people data and ensure that data is well understood and used appropriately

  • Help users with the creation and interpretation of HC reports and educate internal teams on the application and benefits of HC reporting tools

  • Monitor key organisational trends by analysing dashboards and reports

  • Generate reports and communicate derived insights to senior team members

  • Identify gaps in HC processes / reporting. Liaise with appropriate team members to implement automation and optimisation solutions and improvements

  • Transform raw data into actionable business insights

  • Focus on driving HC efficiency across Africa

Qualification & Experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Knowledge HC technology and digital trends

  • Proven knowledge and experience in SQL, databases and BI tools

  • Experience with software like Excel, Power BI, Alteryx

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as data /reporting analyst with SQL querying proficiency
