The Sales Operations Department has an exciting opportunity for a Co-op student to join their team. The department is responsible for leading the development and execution of routine performance reporting and decision support for the Business Development team. In addition, the department is tasked with Process Improvement, analysis and reporting of market Segmentation, for Sales Optimization.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, the CRM data Analyst Co-op student is responsible for performing all aspects of Data analysis, both routine CRM reporting and ad hoc studies. Data Analysis activities will include the design, Data Cleansing and Data Upload using the SFDC Data Loader or Data Import Wizard. This role will participate in meetings with internal stakeholders from different areas of the LifeLabs business. Data Analysis will be focused on Customer data hosted in the CRM system.Work Scope:
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of customer feedback and market research to highlight improvement and growth opportunities
Analyze, interpret and develop data-driven insights from integrated information to support business units in improving customer experience and efficiently run Marketing Campaigns.
Develop, improve and use existing processes to ensure timely delivery of all data collections, distribution and transfers.
Assist in the management of Marketing Campaigns from start to finish.
Use Olap tools to combine and clean data from different sources before Uploading it to the CRM system
Contribute to department standard processes, tools and improvementExperience and Skills:
Current student enrolled in a co-operative education program studying IT
Undergraduate Degree in related field (Business, Healthcare, Math or other)
A detailed oriented, self-starter with demonstrated analytical and logical structuring expertise
An excellent written and verbal communicator
An enthusiastic and collaborative team player
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with CRM systems is an asset.
Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for the healthcare and life sciences industries in Canada
