Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, interpret and report data, using SQL to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to derive additional reporting and data analysis requirements to better achieve our business goals and meet emerging customer needs
  • Conducting financial reconciliation, utilizing various external and internal data streams
  • Creating visualizations to demonstrate areas of opportunity
  • Collaboration with business and IT Stakeholders across the organisation
  • Be a driven, self-starter, who can demonstrate initiative
  • Assist with a variety of small to medium operational projects as and when required

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in analytical roles (e.g. business analysis, data analytics)
  • Experience with Excel to an intermediate level (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, Macros)
  • Experience with any of the following: SQL (required)
  • Strong presentation skills using MS Office tools such as Powerpoint
  • Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders at more senior levels
  • Ability to interpret, review, and translate data into clear business insights
  • Ability to work a portion of monthly work hours from our Letterkenny office is required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business Intelligence/Data Visualisation experience: Microsoft Power BI or similar tools
  • Experience in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking, Telco or Consulting would be beneficial
  • Undergraduate degree in a numerical subject (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics) or relevant experience
