The Data Analyst Sr. is responsible for: - The design, development, implementation and support of analytics and reporting to meet the data decision needs. - Utilizes multiple databases and systems to develop interactive dashboards, analyze and report innovative representations of data by using business intelligence related technology. - Creates and maintains up to date analytic plans and specifications for all analyses. - Analyze report content and consolidate/transform data into interactive dashboards. - Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently. - Comfortable to work with large data sets, transform data into dashboards, and interpret data to solve complex problems. - Understands and has experience with data warehouses, business analytics platforms, and database platforms. Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Information Technology or related field. Required Experience: 2 years of healthcare experience, 2 years of data analysis, data analytics or database management and 1 year of business intelligence and reporting experience.
