Our customer is one of the most famous telecommunication providers in Europe. Our Client is focused on innovations in data governance, looking for a Big Data Engineer who can support their data assets and services projects as part of a bigger transformation roadmap.
You will be involved in deep-technical assessments and implementation activities or developing cutting-edge Solution Accelerators which extend existing technology's boundaries.

You will be involved in deep-technical assessments and implementation activities or developing cutting-edge Solution Accelerators which extend existing technology's boundaries.
YOU ARE
- Experienced with Cloud solutions, preferably GCP
- Strong in Python, or Java language
- Knowledgeable about BigQuery, SQL, Oracle, Apache Airflow, Kubernetes, REST API, Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Bash scripting
- Skilled in Dataflow (Apache Beam), Dataform/DBT, and other GCP services will be an asset
- Experienced with App Engine and Microservices architecture
- Passionate about implementing Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, or analytics systems
- Able to quickly ramp up and lead certain development topics from scratch up to delivery
- Interested in recent technologies in data processing ecosystem
- Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level (both spoken and written)
- AWS or Azure
- Front End and SPA architecture
- Creating sustainable Big Data solutions
- Migration of existing Oracle DW to Google Cloud Platform
- BigQuery (+SQL), Oracle, Composer (Apache Airflow), Kubernetes, REST API, Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Bash scripting
- Technical specifications and architecture vision document creation
- Cloud Solutions – especially Google Cloud
- Implementing Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, or analytics systems
- Technology assessments and comparisons
- Focus on creating new data ingestions, data manipulation, transformation, or migration of data pipelines
- Work with different types of data and get the latest certifications
- Build and scale up re-usable value-added-services
- Deliver business value for proper data usage in the Company
- Build a common data platform as the basis for Company’s data-driven decisions
- Grow as a team of professionals in innovative technologies
