Regional eCommerce Data Analyst

Support online business growth by data driven marketing or consumer data marketing.

Process a variety of data sets to derive insights to deal with key questions in both ecommerce and digital marketing.

Manage regular reports in Korean to HQ and subsidiaries, and deliver insights and actionable items so as to grow our online business.

Measure and analyze how to increase our user acquisition, retention and engagement.

This role should be based in Singapore and will report to ecommerce lead in the regional corporate marketing team.

Suitable candidates should have a keen and analytic mind and provide detailed and actionable insights to company stakeholders

Consumer Data Marketing

  • Work with business units to elaborate targeting or retargeting marketing based on data analysis and make actionable insights
  • Work closely with subsidiaries to understand their targets and goads and be able to convert them into analytic stories

Set-up of DX infra and data analysis guidance

  • Maximize the utilization of GMP (In the long term build up consumer data platform)
  • Make a dashboard for online business KPIs and visualization for consumer data
  • Guide how to target and utilize de-identified data from ecommerce platforms (After CDP is set, guide how to utilize identified data such as 360 Degree View of the Customer)

KPIs Monitoring and Data visualization

  • Create dashboard for ecommerce KPIs
  • Monitoring campaign performance and extract the insights
