We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Customer Marketing teams based in our commerce and media centre in Chiswick Park, West London.You will be an expert in your field, supporting the business by identifying and providing useful and relevant insight & analysis, both on a periodic and ad-hoc basis to increase business performance and efficiency. Predominately focused on delivering reporting and insight for the Performance and Retention Marketing teams to improve ROI of QVC’s digital marketing activity and related to the customer base behaviour, including acquisition, migration and attrition to inform the wider business. developing engaging campaigns to acquire a new and loyal customer base.
The focus for this role will be Customer Analytics and Reporting Tools, Reporting to the CRM and Analytics Consultant you will work predominately with the Performance Marketing team and will play a key role in the development of key channels. We are looking for excellent commuicators to traslate the data in clear actionable insights.
We are seeking analysts with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python and R. Outstanding data and analytical skills SQL and R, Python are required. You must have experience working as a data analyst, from client or agency side, with Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. You will be expected to work collaboratively, creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, while focusing on action and results.
