This is a unique opportunity to own and manage Smart Europe’s ‘Customer Engagement Mobility’ dashboards and reporting. As a Senior Data Analyst within the Customer Engagement team, you’ll work with various internal and external systems to collect, record, analyse and visualise data for better decision making and companywide improvements.
We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst based who is passionate about Customer Experience and Customer Engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating dashboards via PowerBI that ensure complete transparency on all KPIs and SLAs and Customer-facing processes.
