As a Data Analyst, you would be responsible for distilling data sets to deliver actionable recommendations for the organization. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, hard-working, and ready to join our team and hit the ground running on day one. Analyze marketing campaign performance and build reports and dashboards to communicate KPIs.
Design, prioritize and implement A/B and multivariate tests to deliver actionable insights.
Simplify complex problems and large data sets and utilize statistical methods to identify trends, opportunities and other information.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues with systems and data.
Identify and vet new data sources to support business initiatives.
Interpret and translate the needs of the marketing and sales teams for improved reporting.
Cross-functional engagement with marketing and content teams to design tests and reporting.
Work closely with tech team to identify tasks, processes, and other business needs that can be automated or streamlined.
Communicate regularly on testing pipeline, status, timeline, budget, and results.
3+ years of experience of relevant experience in data analytics and experimentation.
Strong data manipulation skills using SQL. Experience with database design, query language, and report writing is a plus.
Possess strong quantitative and creative-thinking skills; critical-thinking and problem-solving skills are a must for a successful team member.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Highly organized, motivated and a self-starter (you know what to do without guidance or instruction).
High attention to detail, a strong sense of work ownership and consistently meets deadlines.
Experience with eCommerce and digital marketing is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with emphasis on mathematics, statistics, engineering, or similar field.
