Advanced level of using Microsoft Excel and PowerBI Report Writer experience and Workday reporting experience Knowledge of SQL or other coding languages Well organised, articulate, numerate and commercial Able to work independently Analytical approach to problem solving Sound understanding of HR Systems processes and functionality Strong knowledge of MI requirements and best practice presentation of information Ability to understand new concepts quickly and put learning into action
