Job Title
Data Analyst - Sr. Professional
You will work requests (internal and external client requests, tickets, emails etc.) and/or be involved in projects which require data analysis and efficiency metrics reporting using tools like Power BI and Excel.
You will be required to query data from different sources, create refresh schedules, set process flows, update, and maintain distribution lists, format report extracts, and build dashboards.
In this role, you can look forward to performing data reviews, profiling, generating data-driven business insights, and strategy recommendations to improve ROI.
You will be generating insights through data mining, analysis, and machine learning. You will be expected to build and maintain datasets and queries used for reporting and analysis, manage monthly ETL processes, performs data reconciliations, create recurring and ad-hoc reports, or data extracts as requested for both internal and external consumption.
You will work closely with various teams to understand how to support operations via report visualizations, alert notifications, automating reporting functions, and designing and implementing data solutions required to optimize workflows by the business.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience with business analysis, capacity planning, and/or workforce management
- Experience with Power BI, Proficient in MS Office Tools
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
