Key Performance Areas:

KPA1 - Data Analytics
  • Extract and interpret data
  • Interrogate data to extract key insights to inform decisions and action plans
  • Projections based on data
  • Deliver meaningful & actionable data
  • Intelligence Assist the team with any ad-hoc requests for data to share with customers or stakeholders
  • Deliver on routine reporting on customer performance
KPA2 - Stakeholder Management
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with Client Key stakeholders (Directors and secretaries)
  • Liaise and coordinate regular check-ins and meetings to discuss progress and status updates
  • Liaise and coordinate with Sales personnel and the Head: Group Credit Risk in terms of client status on a frequent basis
  • Client engagement and visits
KPA3 - Claims Management
  • Project and plan accordingly with the client the ensure successful execution/close out of the funded claims
  • Follow up on outstanding payments aligned to claim process dates
KPA4 - Financial Risk Management
  • Designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the organisation, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur
  • Identify and analyze threats to the success of a business: perform risk assessments and evaluations
Requirement for the position
  • Related Formal Tertiary Qualification
  • Working with Road Accident Fund (RAF) or partners
  • Experience in commercial litigation would be an advantage
  • Willingness to Travel throughout South Africa
  • Superior Excel Ability (Data Analysis & Management would be an advantage)
  • Experience working with GhostPractice Legal Practice Management Software will be an advantage
  • Valid Driver''s license
  • Excellent business communication skills, good attention to detail, including a good command of English (both written & spoken).
