Where you come in:

In this full-time permanent position, based in Carlton*, you will work on driving continuous improvement in fundraising activity, data management practices, reporting, and insights solutions, and ensure the team has the right information to make appropriate investment and strategic decisions. You will be part of our Supporter Engagement team and report to our Head of Fundraising.

You will make an impact by:

  • Developing a strategic vision to increase revenue from enhanced data and reporting practices
  • Optimising campaign targeting and selection across our Regular Giving programs, Appeals, Key Supporters, and Gifts in Wills
  • Identifying and recommending automation and improved efficiency opportunities
  • Working with the Fundraising and Data & Analytics teams to help enhance data capture, data management, reporting and insights
  • Improving systems and processes across the whole donor lifecycle including prospect and lead generation, acquisition, banking, supporter journeys, donor care, revenue protection, churn and win-back

You enjoy exploring new data processes and tools, applying cutting edge techniques to find opportunities and solve problems.

This role requires:

  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret and visualise large and complex data sets
  • Experience working with, and improving functionality of, fundraising CRMs
  • Practical experience developing and delivering fundraising data management strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to increase revenue through process improvements and analytics
  • Previous experience in the use of performance dash-boarding tools such as Power BI, highly regarded

Position Description - Fundraising Process and Data Analyst

  • While COVID-19 social distancing restrictions are in place, this role works remotely (i.e. from home or an alternative location). Once the pandemic restrictions are lifted, the role will be based in our office in Carlton.
