The purpose of the role
Talent Attraction Data Analyst is responsible for co-creating and developing talent attraction data analytics in Lundbeck, generating ideas and suggesting the best use of data to identify trends, patterns, issues and concerns that should be highlighted to Talent Attraction managers and specialists. Understanding HR processes and policies, as well as knowing HR best practices are key to succeed in the role. The person is also responsible for choosing, analyzing, evaluating and presenting HR data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions. The job involves creating and delivering presentations and advising on changes and improvements.

Talent Attraction will be part of People Services team in Lundbeck GBS Krakow. We will provide a consistent candidate experience throughout the organization and support hiring managers to ensure we attract the best and most suitable talents, at the same time contributing to our aspiring mission to better the lives of people suffering from brain diseases so that every person can be their best.

What is the challenge?
  • Driving data collection in processes (including exit, onboarding, candidate & hiring manager experience)
  • Monitoring external market trends
  • Assessing work performed including quality of hires, cost to fill, time to fill, turnover data
  • Partnering with the talent attraction team and business partners to identify trends and advise on solutions
  • Being proactive in the data collection and analysis of career sites, LindkedIn traffic and similar
  • Measuring effectiveness of fairs and branding activities
  • Assisting the talent attraction team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practice within the company
  • Being responsible for the quality of reporting
  • Preparing ad hoc reports as required
  • Distributing reports or communicating in the agreed way
  • Verifying the data used in the reports, and cooperating closely with the SMEs to ensure high data quality
  • Using continuous improvement in every aspect of the job, automate reports where possible

What we expect from you to bring to the team
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in talent attraction reporting and analytics field including data interpretation and dashboards creation, knowledge of HR systems like Success Factors would be an asset
  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Mathematics or Statistics
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • English at C1 level
  • Advanced Microsoft suite knowledge and experience, especially advanced excel skills (other analytical tools would be an asset)
  • Basic mathematics & statistics
  • Programming skills (e.g. Python, R, Matlab)
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality and a strong drive to use data to answer business questions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Self-driven and independent
  • CI mindset and ‘can-do’ attitude
