We are currently seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of our client’s CRM system and data processes. Key Responsibilities
Manage user licenses, role, profiles, and hierarchies in Salesforce
Customise and modify the CRM system to improve efficiency
Analyse and interpret recruitment data to provide valuable insights
Deliver actionable analytics and dashboards to support decision-making
Maintain GDPR data integrity and perform data cleansing
Provide day-to-day IT support and training to users
Liaise with third-party support to identify and implement system improvements
About You Must Have:
1+ years of CRM management experience, preferably Salesforce
Proven analytical and reporting skills
Excelling problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach
Strong communication skills
Experience with Power BU, Tableau or similar tools
Strong Excel skills for data manipulation
Nice to Have:
Accounting/reporting background
Data/IT support background
O365 administration knowledge
Experience in software implementation/integration
