Circle K is building an exceptional data platform and machine learning solutions to support our growth ambitions. We are now looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our Machine Learning Center of Excellence.

For the right candidate, Circle K can offer an exciting position in a team building solutions with global reach. We develop sophisticated applications backed by data and machine learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prototype, build, deploy and manage machine learning as well as optimization models.
• Contribute to creation of high-quality data pipelines as well as data profiling and pre-processing.
• Work with other engineers, researchers and business partners to solve real-life, challenging business problems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics or operational research from a renowned university.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Experience with programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with ability to communicate clearly.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge about Agile development methods like Scrum and Kanban.

OUR TECH STACK: Microsoft Azure (incl. but not limited to: SQL DWH, SSAS, Functions, Docker, DevOps), Python (3.x), Spark (Databricks), R, H2O.ai, Git, shell scripting.
