What you will do:

Be a strategic partner for product, analyst, and engineering teams to solve problems and identify new levers to improve model performance and user experience

Apply your strong analytical skills to gain deep insights into the data and ML model performance, and be able to clearly present your results to various stakeholders and help guide cross-functional partnerships

Influence the roadmap and decisions made by the ML team through presentation of data-based recommendations, and clearly communicate the state of the NLP efforts and experiment results to customer and internal stakeholders

Iterate on NLU models with newest approaches and model error analysis

What you bring to the table:

You have a advanced degree in AI, Big Data, Math/Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent practical experience

  • 1+ years of experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches and working experience with AI platforms
  • Understanding of statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, regressions, ML systems)
  • Expertise in SQL and Python (or in R) and familiarity with AWS, GCP, and Github
  • Enthusiastic about innovating in a fast-paced data and analytics space
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive with minimal oversight and process
  • Experience communicating the results of analyses with customers, product and leadership teams to influence the strategy of the product
