How you can help make a better world of work

We are open to remote candidates located in PT or CT

You would be joining a growing analytics team and by doing so you’d have a real opportunity to help shape the way this data driven company makes decisions and gets more efficient. You’ll work cross-functionally, continuing on building out our Business Intelligence muscle, conducting complex analyses, and leading projects while providing business insight to everyone you work with.

This role is a unique blend of strong data and analytics with a penchant for business strategy. The ability to analyze a large and diverse set of data while teasing out the significant insights will be critical in this role.

You will

  • Enjoy working cross-functionally with many different teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Strategy
  • Uplevel the organization’s maturity around using data to inform strategic decisions
  • Work on optimizing our reporting and dashboards to meet business requirements and create opportunities for automation, improvements and scalability
  • Synthesize data into actionable insights to support decision-making at the strategic level across the organization
  • Point person for data modeling and work to support our Customer Growth team build dashboards

You have

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, business operations, or similar position using data to solve key business problems
  • Ability to understand and breakdown business requirements and identify opportunities to meet said requirements with data-driven insights and reports
  • Proficiency in writing SQL to extract data,
  • Knowledge of Python for scripting a plus
  • Experience with Business Intelligence, hands on development and rollout - Looker/Tableau a plus

You are

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and determining strategy and direction from the ground up
  • An effective communicator and adept at translating analytical insights into practical business recommendations and impact
  • You have strong organizational skills; able to keep track of multiple challenging priorities without losing details
  • You think like a builder. The insights, models, and artifacts you create will be integrated into our core product offerings from time-to-time. You embrace this as an opportunity
