Our dynamic Data+ programme is designed for Graduates with a passion for all things Data!
You’ll embark on a four year development programme, where you will build your knowledge and experience with data becoming an expert in your field.
Whether you are looking to specialise in Data Science, Data Engineering, Architecture or BI & Analytics, this programme will support you in meeting and exceeding your career goals, as you work on our clients' innovative projects in ESG (Environmental Social Governance), Digital & AI (Artificial Intelligence), Cybersecurity, IT Transformation, Large Scale Business Change and much more!
Building your skill stack
You will begin your Data+ journey with a 3-week data bootcamp, where you will join other graduates and work together to build your foundations in the data space. With accredited qualifications and training provided by our talented Grayce data coaches, you will have every opportunity to improve and develop your skills.
Once you have completed your initial training, you will embark on your first client project, working in a data role and putting your skills to use in a client-facing environment. Your learning journey never stops at Grayce. Over the next four years you will continue with your learning and development, and become part of the wider community, where you will share knowledge and get support from other Data Analysts. You will be encouraged to join extracurricular activities and complete industry certifications, in order to widen your skillset and accomplish your career aspirations.

As a Data Analyst we would love to speak to individuals who have:
- A degree with a 2:1 minimum, ideally with analytical focus & data handling such as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).However, this is not always necessary, and we will consider at other degree specialisms.
- Flexible and adaptable communicator who can work collaboratively
- A love for problem solving and ability to make sense of something complex
- An ambition to work with data and an understanding of how it can help organisations make better decisions
- Knowledge and understanding of key tools such as Excel, Tableau or Python
