Master Data Analyst

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join us as a Master Data Analyst in our Nordic logistics team, to collaborate and drive improvement widely across our brands and functions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the work to ensure the master data is accurate and timely maintained in the areas of product, customer, billing and pricing.
  • Take a project management role to lead process improvements and simplification to support improved productivity and eliminate waste.
  • Collaborate with Customer Invoicing (including EDI support) to proactively investigate and resolve issues impacting billing for sales documents within SAP.
  • Be a key part of the logistics organization which owns the roll-out of new initiatives (products) in the market, with master data and GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) publication being your areas of responsibility.
  • Partner with different parts of the supply chain organization, including Initiatives Planning, Business Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Operations, Customer Service where all has connection to part of your responsibilities within master data.

Qualifications


Qualifications:


  • BSc or MSc in any discipline, with preference, but not limited to, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and Supply Chain Management degrees.
  • Ability to solve complex problems related to master data set up and Order, Shipping Billing processes - identification of issues through to resolution.
  • Analytical – able to work with large amounts of data to understand how to drive the business forward
  • Focuses on standardizing, simplifying and streamlining the business processes.
  • Uses own initiative to identify and develop solutions including automation of key tasks to drive and improve business results


Technical skills:


  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI.
  • Automations / Robotics would be an advantage
  • English language is required at a business-level proficiency for the role.
