About the role
In this vital role, you will assist in the delivery of statutory performance information for Welsh Government, create reports and analyse data relevant to Adult Services, whilst overseeing the maintenance of information systems along with other key responsibilities.

You will coordinate the collection, validation and dissemination of performance management information and work with the Performance & Information Team Lead and Deputy to highlight areas for improvement which may prompt service change.

You will also be responsible for creating and developing local data measures to showcase value work and outcomes which can help shape our service for the future and make a difference to the citizens of Swansea.

We are looking for someone with...

  • Significant experience in developing and maintaining information systems
  • The ability to logically evaluate problems and propose innovative solutions
  • Extensive experience of extracting and collating data from various sources for reporting purposes (e.g. information systems, spreadsheets etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in analysing data and creating clear, intuitive reports, for diverse audiences.
