Description
The Interoperability Strategic Data Analyst unlocks quantitative and qualitative elements to inform strategic and tactical direction for focus and impact. The Scientist actively collaborates across Clinical Integration and Health Data Integration departments to leverage clinical analytics to inform and design the company's Interoperability and clinical transformation strategies. The Scientist interacts with internal and external stakeholders.
The IO Strategic Data Analyst is responsible for working with the company's Community Health and Equity Team and other departments to facilitate their acquisition of relevant and actionable information to support enterprise and population health goals, strategies, objectives, and operational needs.
This Is Realized By
- Understanding and aligning enterprise and population health goals, strategies, objectives, and operational needs of business unit(s) and facilitating the identification and creation of supportive, high-value, and actionable information and analytics.
- Developing comprehensive and coherent sets of data and analytic (D&A) requirements.
- Preparing and presenting relevant and actionable information in an easy-to-understand manner that is visually appealing.
- Gathering and synthesizing information across multiple sources to derive meaningful insights that support the achievement of strategic and operational objectives.
- Facilitating seamless communication among Community Health and Equity department, other business units, IT, and D&A teams to ensure shared understanding and high-quality data and analytic work products.
- Collaborating with internal and external departments and teams.
This position is responsible for translating IO business needs into D&A solutions. It requires the ability to think strategically and cultivate relationships and collaborations across departments and with business and clinical partners.

- Must be willing to work Hawaii time zone!
