He/she coordinates the team for leveraging on the tools, environments and internal and external stakeholders allowing to envision, to design, and to implement the Consumer Data Strategy in Zegna. His/her responsibility is to design, deliver and manage all the end-to-end architecture from data collection, visualization and segmentation defining all the Consumer KPIs for the Company.

Main Responsibilities
- Strong passion and knowledge for data, KPIs and reporting tools
- Ability to understand trends, consumers behavioural, identify data clusters and design data visualization frameworks
- Develop intuitive and attractive data visualization framework
- Ability to collect requirements and to adapt and manipulate data in order to answer to business needs and enquiries
- Ability to create solid, flexible and scalable multi-user solutions on PowerBI
- Proactivity in Recommending approaches, solutions, design
- Establish data visualization standards and explore new, cutting-edge tools to periodically raise those standards
- Understand the data and contribute to enhancement of data model with attention to availability for visualization, reporting and data extraction
- Manage the projects within CVM team to achieve the business requirements within the agreed timelines and with high quality
- Understand business requirements and enhance the systems to provide the necessary data in the best way according to the IT strategy and the business needs. Together with the resto of the team you will work on the enhancement the visualization environment available to thousands of users.
- Being familiar in surfing data understanding how to read them and their meanings
- Provide value to the business improving data accessibility and democratization on an enterprise grade BI that handles data every day
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent English
- University Degree
- Availability to business travel
- Excellent PowerBI and PowerQuery knowledge and related coding skills (DAX and M)
- Excellent data visualization skills to provide intuitive and meaningful insights to business users, enhancing data accessibility and democratization
- Knowledge of Azure environment and related coding languages is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL, including querying and performance tuning
- Be familiar with Data Warehouse concepts, Star Schema dimensional modelling, Snowflake
