In this role, the Analysis & Reporting Analyst will provide data and reports to various stakeholders, analyse data, and assist in the development dashboards based on requirements. Ideal candidates should have a strong analytical mind-set and be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the company.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide support as needed to the Senior Analysts and Customer Operations Director
2. Prepare weekly reports, gather data, and provide analysis.
3. Create ad-hoc reports.
4. Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
5. Assist in the development of dashboards in PowerBI.
6. Supporting process documentation and best practice activities
Bachelor’s degree required.
The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience
