The incumbent is responsible for developing and delivery data analytics and visualizations to meet the objectives of Internal Audit to incorporate data analytics and RPA technics into audit approach. This position reports direct to the Audit Manager-Global IT and Analytics Strategy and will work closely with CoE IA responsible for data analytics implementation

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Support strategy, selection and implementation of data analytics solutions and tools.
Work closely with audit teams to recognize a need for data analytics and make the appropriate selection adequate for a risk and audit engagement scope.
Follow Data Analytics Development Life Cycle to design and develop data analytics and data visualization solutions to provide value and insights to the audit team and the audit client
Utilize data extraction tools to acquire data. Assess data quality and leverage data to address the business issues or challenges.
Insures efficient and effective execution of data analytics delivery. Analyze data patterning and modeling to continuously enhance data analytics and prepare preliminary hypothesis for data analytics results.
Communicate data analytics results and preliminary hypotheses to audit teams and to all level management.
Design comprehensive data reports and visualization of data analytics results to assist internal audit teams in making good decisions and in presentation of results to management.
Engage in multiple audit projects which may include business operational audits, fraud investigations, merger/acquisition/divestiture analysis, re-engineering projects and IT audits.
Maintains current knowledge concerning auditing processes, data analytics technical and operational best practices.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in data analytics and programming within industry, financial institutions,
Professional audit certifications (CIA, CFE, etc.)
Ability to utilize data extraction tools to acquire and analyze data (i.e. Alteryx, DVW, CData, Informatica)
Ability to effectively design and develop data analytics pipelines selecting and applying appropriate analytics tools (i.e. Alteryx)
Programming skills (R, Python, SQL)
Data visualization experience (PowerBi, Qlik, Tableau)
Knowledge of data structure in SAP a plus
Understanding of key business processes such as Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, T&E
Ability to analyze data trends, correlation, deviation, and gaps using data
Analytical mindset, attention to detail
Ability to obtain and utilize benchmarking data adequately
Manufacturing experience a plus
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management in a team oriented, problem-solving style.
Demonstrated proficiency to lead/coordinate projects across functional disciplines and different organizational structures.
Travel of ~20% overall is required, including potential international travel
