About The Position
What You'll Do
As a Data Engineer, your work will be instrumental in solving our most challenging data problems. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, Building, and Launching Data Models: Utilize optimal ETL patterns, frameworks, and query techniques to design, build, and launch sophisticated data models that support multiple use cases across different analytics products.
Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand and implement data needs. Influence product and cross-functional teams to identify data opportunities that drive impact.
Mentoring Team Members: Share your expertise and provide actionable feedback to team members to facilitate learning and growth within our team.

You will be working extensively with:
Google Cloud Platform, Python, Pub/Sub, PostgreSQL, Looker
We're looking for someone who has:
3+ years of experience in the data warehouse space.
3+ years of experience with object-oriented programming languages.
3+ years of experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling.
3+ years of experience in writing SQL statements.
A track record of shipping and maintaining code in production.
A collaborative mindset, being open to sharing ideas and always open to receiving feedback.
