Senior Data Analyst/ Manager, CRM

As ONE Championship is experiencing explosive growth, the Analytics & Insights (A&I) team is now seeking a dedicated Senior Analyst to join the family! The senior analyst will be responsible for customers analysis and insights to facilitate better marketing decisions across the company.


  • Serve as a custodian of customer database, and responsible for the maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity
  • Generate actionable customer insight through profiling and segmentation to improve key business outcomes
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns optimized for business objectives
  • Perform post campaign analysis and provide recommendations optimizing for effectiveness of future campaigns
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide timely and accurate analysis


  • 3-5 years of experience in the CRM data analytics role or similar
  • Prior knowledge and exposure in CRM and consumer marketing preferred
  • Strong analytical ability and proficient in conducting data analysis with Excel, CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce) and SQL
  • Experience with data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau) and programing language for data analysis (Python, R) is a plus
  • Possess excellent project management skills, strong ownership, ability to meet tight deadlines and a desire to learn constantly
  • Demonstrate ability of excelling in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments and work under pressure
  • Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
