In this role you will…
Data Analysis And Interpretation
- Lead the analysis of complex customer datasets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that inform business strategies
- Develop advanced analytical models and techniques to predict customer behavior, preferences, and potential opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Customer Insights Generation
- Transform raw data into meaningful insights that provide a deep understanding of customer segments, needs, and pain points
- Develop comprehensive customer profiles, personas, and journey maps to guide personalized marketing, sales, and product development efforts.
Strategic Recommendations
- Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for improving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop innovative strategies that enhance customer experiences across various touchpoints
Performance Tracking And Reporting
- Define key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to customer behavior and satisfaction.
- Create regular reports and dashboards that highlight performance against KPI’s and offer insights for improvement.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and finance teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on customer-centric initiatives and projects.
Data-driven Decision Support
- Provide support to executive leadership by presenting insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
- Participate in strategic discussions and help shape long-term busines objectives based on data driven insights.
You’ve Got What It Takes If You Have…
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in customer analytics, data analysis, and market research.
- Prior experience supporting teams located regionally and/or globally, highly desirable.
- Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, make recommendations and decisions, and drive projects to completion
- Attention to detail and ability to swiftly assimilate and understand new information
- Ability to creatively solve problems in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, ambiguous environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey quantitative insights to non-quantitative audiences
- Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for solving problems and driving business

Total Rewards
At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.
The base salary range for this position is: $93800 - $150100 USD
In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).
This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
