• More than 3 years of relevant data science experience, ideally in an analytics intensive environment.
• You possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or has a master’s or PHD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field, (or equivalent experience). The ideal person will possess an advanced degree with a focus on distributed systems or cloud technologies or Data Science.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• Experience working with and creating data architectures
• Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. Have data science experience and worked on Machine Learning Projects, Time Series Forecasting Models and conducting driver analyses.
• You have experience leveraging PaaS & IaaS technologies in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Excellent track record of delivery through data technologies (SQL, Hadoop), and languages like Python, R, Ruby, Java, Scala.
• Knowledge on Optimization Models and Deep Learning, Neural Networks (good to have)
• Experience using web services: Redshift, S3, Spark, DigitalOcean, etc (good to have)
• Experience with distributed data/computing tools:

• Fluent proficiency in both written and oral English
