Data Analyst / Programmes Analyst – Aerospace/Engineering Job Summary: Join an innovative and dynamic team within a leading aerospace engineering company, where you’ll play a key role in managing and analysing projects that supply critical products / technology for aircrews. As a Data / Programmes Analyst, you’ll be responsible for both technical data analysis and business engagement, ensuring the success of critical projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed project cost tracking , variance analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting. Utilize systems like Power BI , Power Query , and SQL to provide actionable insights from data. Engage with stakeholders to support user meetings , ensuring reports and data are used effectively. Conduct proof of concept reports , ad-hoc data analysis, and system integration assessments. Produce and maintain process documentation , and provide training to team members on reporting systems. Drive continuous improvement in project systems, identifying areas for optimization and implementing new tools and processes. Technical Skills Required: Proficiency in Power BI , Power Query , SQL , and data modeling
- Familiarity with project planning systems and experience in financial reporting
