We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. What you’ll be doing:

This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways.

In alignment with our value for data quality, the primary function of this role is to improve the capability and integrity of our data by focusing on collecting, organizing, and analyzing data in collaboration with our business units.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Designs and develops data analysis solutions that deliver high quality business intelligence and analytics using enterprise reporting and analytics applications
  • Participates in information gathering sessions with users to review, analyze, and evaluate business intelligence, bringing an expertise in how data work together to recommend and provide a quality-centric approach to meeting the needs of the business
  • Facilitates the support and training of ERC Pathlight staff on using report systems and accurate interpretation of data and metrics
  • Performs data analysis to proactively highlight and mitigate the impact of data quality concerns
  • Participates in enterprise goals by recommending solutions to meet organizational needs
  • Troubleshoots helpdesk requests pertaining to data quality and functionality

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • SQL certification required.
  • Critical Thinking Skills: Able to analyze, assess, and develop problem solving approaches.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in a professional and clear manner (verbally and in writing) with all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with data querying language (e.g. SQL); High level of proficiency with Power BI.
  • Previous healthcare experience helpful but not required.

Compensation starting range for the Data Analyst role is $70,000 - $95,000. Ranges are based on market expectation and are dependent upon candidate experience.
