Employee Training Data Analyst
The Employee Training Data Analyst supports the Corporate Training Team with gathering, analyzing, reporting and presentation of all data relevant for compliance and KPI achievement purposes. This includes data from the SonovaLearning (Learning Management System), SmartSolve (Quality Management System) and other training, development and communication tools.
Acts as an internal consultant by efficient gathering, thorough analyzing, timely reporting of data needed for compliance and business KPI’s.
Creates presentable, high quality data sets that can be delivered to all internal and external stakeholder (MB, CEO, auditors).
Measures efficiency of our compliance measures and other KPI’s to ensure our processes and outcomes are auditable for/with stakeholders in local group companies.
Trains local entities in reporting on systems as needed.
This position is also responsible for the innovation and development, implementation, timely delivery and maintenance of current and future reporting formats and processes.
Works routinely on assignments dealing with short-term reporting requests.
Supports team in system administration.
Supports team in variety of projects that may or may not be data / reporting related.
Bachelor’s or Master degree in the field of data analysis or other relevant to the job
Significant experience in data analysis, reporting on a similar position
Passion for numbers and their interpretation, ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues connected to data/reporting
Coursework and/or certifications relating to learning management system administration are a strong advantage
Fluent in English (oral and written) - any other language is an advantage
Advanced Excel and PPT skills
Strong motivation to continuously improve the quality of our services, ability to deliver high quality under pressure
Ability to communicate and collaborate with others at all levels of the organization as well as external stakeholders
Ability to gain new technical skills quickly
Good organization, customer service skills and orientation to details.
