Position: Operations Data Analyst
Location: Newcastle Under Lyme
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Days (37.5hrs)
Criminal Check required: YES (Basic)

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Support the site operations management team and the customer with accurate business management reports taken from a wide variety of systems and data capture tools
  • Ensure the accuracy of the data through scrutiny, validation, clarification and challenge with all departments as necessary to present accurate reports for assessment, analysis, diagnostics and business decision making in the required format e.g. presentation packs, raw reports etc.
  • Attend a range of meetings as required by operations management to support the effective running of the meeting or to provide data interpretation as required, including but not limited to the site Health and Safety meetings, operations meetings etc.
  • Fulfil the role of Master Data Lead for the account (as relevant) to ensure all master data is up to date and auditable to the required standards, ensuring governance procedures and GDPR data protection procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Prepare, produce and maintain a suite of Standard Operating Procedures / Work Instruction for each report / report pack as required

  • 1-3 Years experience required within Supply Chain of data reporting and interrogation
  • Exposure and buy in to continuous Improvement projects possibly underpinned with data metrics
  • Data Management experience
  • Experienced Microsoft Power Bi User, capable of building data tables and queries and full reporting packs
  • Advanced user of MS Excel to include pivots, v.look-ups and macros (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
