The HR Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Data Analyst Team with the delivery of management information (MI) on a 12 month FTC. This role will leverage PowerBI solutions to enhance self-serve capabilities, own and operationalise the employee engagement survey tools, and provide key operational support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and the broader business. As a HR Data Analyst you will have an understanding of the Employee Life Cycle, as well as proficiency in Excel and HR systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
Key Accountabilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Deliver regular MI reporting, enabling HRBPs and the business to make data-driven decisions.
- Utilise PowerBI to develop and enhance self-service reporting solutions.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis in response to business needs.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of statutory reporting requirements.
Employee Engagement
- Take ownership of the employee engagement survey tool, ensuring its effective use for mid-year and annual surveys.
Operational Support for HRBPs
- Provide operational support for HRBPs by ensuring they have access to MI data.
- Support the preparation and management of regular reports, particularly during performance management and employee engagement cycles.
Learning & Development
- Act as the administrator for the Learning & Development platform, ensuring seamless user onboarding and maintenance.
Skills & Experience:
HR Generalist Background: an understanding of HR processes, including the Employee Life Cycle.
HR Systems: Experience in HR systems (SuccessFactors or Workday) for reporting and process management.
Data & Analytics: Demonstrable experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and advanced Excel skills. Preferably PowerBI
PowerBI: Familiarity with PowerBI and its application in delivering self-serve analytics solutions.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across HR and business teams.
