We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our business unit of Microsoft Ecosystem. The candidate will be required to collaborate closely with members of other business units integrated into a multifunctional team, under unified management, for the successful implementation of projects for different clients.

Main Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: focus on extracting insights from data to support decision-making. You are going to perform queries, analysis, and visualization of data to answer specific business questions, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Reporting and Visualization: you will use tools like Power BI and Excel to create reports and dashboards that present data in a visually appealing and understandable way for non-technical stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: you may use statistical and analytical methods to perform hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and other advanced analytics to provide insights into business performance and user behavior.
- Business Context: it is required that you have a strong understanding of the business context and objectives. You will need to translate data findings into actionable recommendations for business improvements.
- Toolset: you are going to use tools like SQL for querying databases, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), statistical analysis tools and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
