HJF is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Warfighter Medical Optimization Division within the Airman Systems Directorate located at the Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. HJF provides scientific, technical and programmatic support services to the Airman Systems Directorate.
The incumbent will be responsible for research and/or development in collaboration with other scientific and technical staff. Exercises technical discretion in the design, execution and interpretation of experiments that contribute to project strategies.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of extremely complex laboratory procedures; ability to meet deadlines of projects; good communication and analytical skills; experience with R, Python, and Modeling; program/project management; data management
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics or Epidemiology required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum Experience/Training Requirements: 3-5 years directly related research experience
Required Licenses, Certification or Registration: Requires a Data Science Certificate.
Physical Capabilities: Requires long periods of sitting and standing.
Work Environment: Set in an office and laboratory environment.
Background/Security: U.S. citizenship required; eligibility to obtain and maintain a Tier I investigation/Public Trust and a Common Access Card (CAC).
