As a Sr. Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for producing accurate and timely data and reports that support our Regulatory Relations team. You'll use your expertise in data analysis and reporting to collect and analyze complex data from a variety of sources, and create reports that comply with industry regulations.
Your main responsibilities will include responding to regulatory inquiries, analyzing data trends, creating ad-hoc statistical reports for management, and assisting with special projects. You'll work closely with the Vice President of Regulatory Relations to ensure that all reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with industry regulations.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, as well as 5 to 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. You should also have 5+ years of experience in reporting or data analytics, as well as proficiency in MS SQL and MS Office.
We're looking for a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, who can operate effectively as part of a project team or individually. You should have expert knowledge of financial services industry trends, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters, and be able to provide specific financial knowledge and experience.
