What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join the dynamic team at a leading company in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage data within Downstream and Upstream activities, focusing on forecasting.
As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Writing functional specifications, including PBIs, use cases, and process designs.
- Writing and executing test cases to ensure the functionality and reliability of data systems.
- Performing integration tests to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Acting as the liaison between Business and Development teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Assisting the business during acceptance testing to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to project deadlines.
- Monitoring production systems and performing maintenance as needed to ensure continuous operation.
Who are you?
As Data Analyst you are a data management expert, skilled in data warehousing, SQL, and functional database design. You have hands-on experience with Python scripting, APIs, and cloud services like AWS, and are comfortable working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments. You possess strong interpersonal skills, uphold high ethical standards, and have a good command of English. Additionally, you have knowledge of the energy market industry and experience with Agile methodologies and digital problem-solving initiatives.
